Yes. The classes are designed to be accessible, precise, and progressive. You do not need to be a dancer, flexible, or highly trained to get started. The goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, more aligned, and build a routine that works for you.
You will find Brooklyn Barre®, Brooklyn Flow®, Pilates, yoga, sculpt, cardio, stretch, and meditation classes. Each session is designed to work the body deeply, improve posture, build strength, tone the body, and create a genuine sense of well-being.
No. The method relies on precision, control, and consistency to strengthen, lengthen the body visually, and create a more defined physique. The goal is not to build bulk, but to help you become more toned, elegant, mobile, and aligned.
Classes range from 5 to 60 minutes and can be combined based on your energy level, schedule, and goals. You can choose a short session when you are short on time, a full class when you want to go deeper, or combine several videos to create your own routine.
Yes. The Studio is an online platform that you can access wherever you are. You can take your classes from home, while traveling, between appointments, or whenever you have a moment for yourself.
Yes. All videos are now available in French. You can follow the classes in either French or English, depending on your preference. A tutorial is also available to show you how to change the video language and make the most of the platform from your very first login.
