Purpose and scope
These terms of use and sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern access to and use of the website https://thestudioparis.com (the “Website”), published by BK Développement.
They define the terms under which users may:
- Browse the Website;
- Create a user account;
- Subscribe to monthly or yearly plans (“Subscriptions”) giving access to a library of fitness and wellness content (“Content”);
- Rent specific Content for a limited time (“Rentals”);
- Make one-time purchases of services or special offers.
Any use of the Website and any Order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs in force at the time of the action. When creating an account or validating an Order, a checkbox will confirm this acceptance.
The Studio reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. In the event of changes, you will be informed by email or via a notice displayed on the Website. The new T&Cs will take effect thirty (30) days after this notification. If you disagree, you must stop using the Website.
Description of services
1) Subscriptions
The Studio offers monthly or yearly Subscription plans. The Subscription grants access to all Content available on the Website, in streaming only. No downloading is permitted.
2) Free Trial Period
The Studio may offer a free trial period to new users who have never previously subscribed to a Subscription. The duration of the free trial is specified at the time of registration.
At the end of the free trial period, the Subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and the payment method provided at registration will be charged for the amount corresponding to the chosen plan, unless the member has canceled before the end of the trial period.
To avoid being charged, the member must cancel their Subscription before the end of the free trial by logging into their personal account (“account”) and following the cancellation procedure. No cancellation request will be accepted by email or any other means.
No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs after the paid period has begun.
3) Rentals
Certain specific programs may be rented individually for a defined period (e.g., 7 days). These items are also available in streaming only and accessible from your user account during the rental period indicated at purchase.
4) Promotional Codes
The Studio may offer promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) as part of marketing campaigns or through partnerships (influencers, social media, etc.).
Promo Codes are strictly regulated:
- Reserved for new customers who have never previously subscribed to a Subscription;
- Valid only once per user;
- Cannot be used when changing plans or renewing a Subscription.
Promo Codes must be used within the announced validity period. Any abuse (e.g., fake accounts, unauthorized sharing) may result in account suspension or deletion without the possibility of a refund.
5) Pricing
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The Studio reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. However, the price applied is the one in effect at the time the Order is confirmed.
Internet connection fees remain the user’s sole responsibility.
6) No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by validating an Order you agree to the immediate execution of the service and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
Account creation
To access Content, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Studio cannot be held responsible for consequences related to incorrect or outdated information.
Your password is personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. In case of loss, a “forgot password” link is available on the Website.
Payment
Payments are made by credit card via the secure STRIPE platform. For Subscriptions, payments are recurring (monthly or yearly) and charged on the subscription anniversary date.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Website (texts, videos, visuals, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of The Studio or are used under license. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
User comments
Users may publish comments. These must not:
- Infringe the rights of third parties;
- Contain defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or obscene statements;
- Reveal personal or confidential information.
You are solely responsible for the content of your comments. In case of a complaint or legal action, you agree to indemnify The Studio.
Prohibited conduct
You are prohibited from:
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Website (viruses, intrusion, automated scraping, etc.);
- Accessing the Website through means other than its official interface;
- Attempting to bypass or disrupt the Website’s security measures.
Any violation may result in account suspension or deletion without notice.
Availability and limitation of liability
The Website is available 24/7, except during maintenance. The Studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation and declines any responsibility for malfunctions related to the internet (outages, hacking, viruses, etc.).
The Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect damages (loss of data, revenue, etc.) or inability to use the Website.
Hyperlinks
The Website may contain links to third-party sites. The Studio has no control over these sites and declines any responsibility regarding their content or operation.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are taken out for an initial period chosen by the customer (monthly or yearly) and automatically renewed for the same duration unless canceled by the customer.
The customer may cancel their Subscription at any time by logging into their personal account (“account”) and following the cancellation procedure. No cancellation request will be accepted by email or any other means. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the already-paid period, with no prorated refund.

Applicable law and mediation
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, you agree to attempt an amicable resolution by contacting The Studio. If this fails, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator via: https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso or use the European platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/
Any unresolved dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
