User: any individual, with or without an account, using The Studio by Julie Granger’s services or platform as a customer or visitor.
Platform: the online platform The Studio by Julie Granger published by BK Développement.
IP address: the identification number of each device connected to a network using the Internet protocol.
Data Collection, Conditions and Purposes
The Studio by Julie Granger may collect, store and organise the following data when you use our platform:
- Civil status, identity and identification data…
- Geolocation: country and region of residence, city associated with your connection IP address.

1) Right of access, rectification and deletion; right to object
The User has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data. The User may expressly object to the processing of their personal data by writing an email to contact@thestudioparis.com or a letter to the company’s registered office.
The Studio by Julie Granger has one month from receipt of the request to respond. After this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative or absent response.
2) Data portability
The User has the right to portability of personal data processed automatically, which grants:
- The right to receive their personal data in a structured format
- The right to have personal data transferred directly from one data controller to another, where technically possible.
3) Transfer of personal data outside the European Union
Personal data is stored, hosted and processed within the territory of the European Union.
4) Data retention period and right to erasure
The Studio by Julie Granger retains data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect, starting from the last login, last transaction, or any other significant interaction with our services.
The User has the right to erasure of personal data processed by The Studio by Julie Granger, subject to BK Développement’s right to retain certain data with regard to its professional civil liability, tax obligations and legal requirements.

The Studio by Julie Granger uses audience analysis tools to anonymously measure platform traffic, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
Newsletters
When creating an account, the User may subscribe to The Studio by Julie Granger newsletter. They may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link provided at the bottom of each message sent.
SMS / MMS
The Studio by Julie Granger may use the user’s mobile phone number to verify their identity and communicate regarding services offered. At any time, the customer may unsubscribe via their ‘My Profile’ section or by email.
