Julie commence la danse classique à l’âge de 7 ans et s’y consacre pendant plus de quatorze ans. Elle se forme dans des institutions reconnues pour leur exigence, notamment le Jeune Ballet de Paris, le Boston Ballet et le Joffrey Ballet.
After several years in the world of dance, Julie moved to New York, where she began by teaching yoga. She then joined Equinox, one of the world’s most prestigious fitness companies, as a barre instructor and quickly built a highly loyal clientele.
Over the years of teaching in New York, Julie witnessed the rise of a fitness culture that became increasingly intense, faster-paced, and shaped by traditionally masculine standards. An approach that promises to transform the body, yet often overlooks posture, joint health, fatigue, and the realities of women’s bodies. That’s when she realized there was another way: a method that is demanding yet intelligent, designed to strengthen, sculpt, and move the body with precision.
A serious back injury forced Julie to stop everything. As she rebuilt her own body, she refined her method and developed a unique approach at the intersection of fitness, classical ballet, yoga, and alignment. A smarter way to train, designed to build deep strength, improve posture, and respect the body's joints.
